Sopra Steria has renewed its lease for 7,000 sqm in Biskop Gunnerus gate 14 in

Oslo as well as entered into a lease for 10,500 sqm in Stenersgata 1 in Oslo

with an option to increase/reduce the area in Stenersgata 1 with up to 2,000 sqm

by Q1 2022. The lease contract has a duration until 2034/2033 respectively.

The office part of Stenersgata 1 was acquired by Entra in 2015. The property is

a combined shopping centre / office property located next to the central station

in Oslo. The property will undergo a stepwise re-development and the first phase

involving 16,000 sqm is planned to start up during H1 2021.
