Acquires property in Bergen

Entra has acquired the property Møllendalsveien 1A in Bergen for a property

value of NOK 208 million. The asset is located next to Møllendalsveien 6-8, that

Entra acquired in Q4 2019, and is a 5,800 sqm office property with an annual

rent of NOK 11.8 million. The average lease contract duration is 2.7 years.

"The property is a natural add-on to our existing portfolio, and we have a

positive outlook on the property market in Bergen. We are therefore very pleased

to further strengthen our position here" said Sonja Horn, Entra's CEO.

The transaction is expected to close in March/April 2021.
