New lease contract in Schweigaardsgate 15 in Oslo, planning to start redevelopment project

Entra has signed a new lease contract with Nortura for 3,900 sqm in

Schweigaardsgate 15 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of ten years,

starting in Q2 2023.

Schweigaardsgate 15 is located next to Oslo central station. The property is

currently empty and Entra is preparing to start a redevelopment on the property

during H1 2021
