Entra ASA : Renewed lease contracts
The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training has renewed its lease
contract for 9,260 sqm in Schweigaardsgate 15 B in Oslo. The lease contract has
a duration of 6 years starting from January 2019.
Roche Diagnostics Norge AS and Roche Norge AS have also renewed their lease
contracts for 3,100 sqm in Bryngsengfaret 6 in Oslo. The lease contracts have a
duration of 5 years starting from January 2020.
