Entra ASA : New lease contracts with Regus in Oslo and Bergen

Entra has signed new 8-year lease contracts with the business centre/co-working

specialist Regus in MediaCity Bergen and in Grenseveien 92 at Helsfyr in Oslo.

Regus will let approx. 1,700 sqm in MediaCity Bergen and approx 1,350 sqm in

Grenseveien 92, starting from December and August 2017 respectively. The

MediaCity Bergen project is now 79 % let and Grenseveien 92 is 93 % let.
