Entra ASA: Sale of Fritznersgate 12 in Oslo

Entra has sold the property Fritznersgate 12 in Oslo. The property is 824 sqm

and the transaction is based on a property value of NOK 53 million, which is

approximately 70 % above book values as of 31.12.15. The transaction is

structured as a sale of shares in the company Fritznersgate 12 AS. Closing will

take place within 15.09.16.

Entra has also sold the property Telemarksgata 11 in Skien for NOK 11 million.

The transactions are in accordance with Entra's strategy to divest smaller, non-

core assets.
