Entra ASA: Termination and signing of new lease contracts at Langkaia 1 in Oslo

Oslo, 14 September 2015 - Entra and Berner Media Holding AS has agreed upon on

early termination for 7,400 sqm office space at Langkaia 1 in Oslo. The lease

contract had a remaining lease length of approximately 2.5 years, but the tenant

vacated the space earlier this year. Entra will recognise NOK 30 million as

income in Q3-2015 as a result of the agreement.

Entra has furthermore signed a new lease contract with Resurs Bank AB for 1,450

sqm of the vacated space. The new lease contract has a duration of 7 years

starting from 15.11.2015. Entra will also enter into Berner Media Holding AS'

sublease contracts for approximately 2,000 sqm, leaving approximately 3,950 sqm

vacant.

After the above mentioned transactions Langkaia 1 has an occupancy of 84 % .
