Entra ASA : Sale of Tollbugata 2 in Bodø and Hans Kiersgate 1 in Drammen

Entra has sold the property Tollbugata 2 in Bodø to Tollboden Bodø AS. The

property is 940 sqm and the transaction is based on a property value of NOK 14

million, which is close to current book values in Entra. The transaction is

structured as sale of shares in the company Tollbugata 2 AS. Closing will take

place on 1.12.2015.

Entra has also sold the property Hans Kiersgate 1 b and c in Drammen to Drammen

Municipality through a direct property sale. The property is 2,230 sqm and the

transaction price was NOK 10.5 million which was close to current book value in

Entra. Closing took place on 30.10.2015.

The sales are in accordance with Entra's strategy of growth in the four largest

cities in Norway and to divest non-core assets.
