Entra ASA : New lease contract in Schweigaardsgate 16 in Oslo

Entra has signed a lease contract with Dinamo Norge AS for 1,500 sqm in

Schweigaardsgate 16 in Oslo. The lease contract duration is 5 years.

Schweigaardsgate 16 is an office property under construction and Dinamo Norge AS

will move in when the property is finalised in June 2015. The property is now

88 % pre-let.
