The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 25 November 2019, approved

a prospectus dated 25 November 2019 (the "Prospectus"). The prospectus has been

prepared in connection with the re-opening of ENTRA43 G (ISIN NO0010852684) of

NOK 300,000,000 as announced 30 October 2019.
