On 5th December 2019 BlackRock, Inc acquired 713,008 shares and voting rights in Entra ASA, resulting in a shareholding of 11,009,575 (6.04%) shares and voting rights.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
