Sale of Grønland 32 in Drammen for NOK 335 million

Entra has sold the property Grønland 32 in Drammen for NOK 335 million, which is

approximately 18 % above book values as of 31 December 2022.

The transaction is in accordance with Entra's strategy to focus the portfolio on

large, flexible office buildings close to public transportation hubs and to

divest non-core assets. The proceeds will be used to strengthen Entra's balance

sheet.

The transaction close on 1 March 2023.
