Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved the offer set out in the offer document dated 7 January 2021 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Entra ASA by Castellum AB (“Castellum”).

Offer price: 8 shares in Castellum for every 13 Entra shares and NOK 54.39 in cash. Based on the SEK/NOK FX rate and Castellum’s share price at market close on 5 January 2021, the offer price equals NOK 186.19 per Entra share.

Offer period: From and including 8 january 2021 to 06:00 hours (CET) on 6 February 2021 (subject to extensions).
