Announcement regarding launch of Castellum voluntary offer

The board of directors (the "Board") of Entra ASA (the "Company") notes that

Castellum AB ("Castellum") today has launched its voluntary offer for the

Company's shares by way of an offer document, as announced by the stock exchange

notice dated 18 December 2020 from Castellum (the "Castellum Offer").

The Board will together with its advisors review the offer document to fully

understand the terms and conditions of the Castellum Offer before providing a

recommendation to the Company's shareholders. Such recommendation will be given

by 29 January 2021 at the latest, as required by the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act chapter 6.

Reference is also made to the Company's announcement 23 December 2020 regarding

the announcement made by Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB on its intention to

put forward a voluntary offer (the "SBB Offer") for the Company's shares.

Shareholders are advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their

shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to

exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

There can be no certainty that the Castellum Offer will be completed or the SSB

Offer will be made or completed.
