Announcement regarding acquisition of shares in Entra

The board of directors (the "Board") of Entra ASA (the "Company") refers to the

recent announcement made by Castellum AB ("Castellum"). The Board notes that

Castellum has acquired 8.24% of the shares in the Company from the Ministry of

Trade, Industry and Fisheries, and that it has announced an intention to put

forward a voluntary offer share exchange and cash offer for the Company's

shares.

The Board will, with the assistance of its advisors, in due time diligently

consider such offer, including its financial terms, and a further announcement

will be made when appropriate.

Shareholders are advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their

shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to

exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. There can be no

certainty that any offer will be made.
