Entra ASA: Buys development project at Bryn in Oslo

Entra has signed an agreement to buy the property Nils Hansens vei 20 at Bryn in

Oslo for NOK 50 mill. The property is approximately 3,150 sqm and is 81 % let on

short term contracts.

Nils Hansens vei 20 is located at Bryn. Bryn/Helsfyr is one of Entra's core

property clusters in Oslo. The property has a development potential in an

exciting area which is expected to see significant development in the coming

years.

Closing is expected to take place 3 April 2018.
