Entra ASA: Closing of the sale of the Kristiansand portfolio

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 18 January 2017. The buyer has

confirmed that they have obtained financing, and closing of the sale of Entra's

45,000 sqm Kristiansand portfolio will take place on 31 May 2017. The

transaction is structured as a sale of properties through SPVs.
