Entra ASA : Sale of Wergelandsveien 29 ("Litteraturhuset")

Entra has sold Wergelandsveien 29 in Oslo to the Fritt Ord Foundation. The

transaction is based on a property value of NOK 160 million representing a

premium of 23 % compared to book values as of 31.03.17. The transaction is

structured as a sale of shares in the company Wergelandsveien 29 AS. Closing is

expected to take place on or before 30 September 2017.

The transaction is in accordance with Entra's strategy to focus the portfolio on

large, flexible office buildings close to public transportation hubs and to

divest smaller, non-core assets.
