Entra ASA: Completion of intra-group merger registered

Reference is made to announcements 16 September and 30 October 2015. Completion

of the intra-group merger between Entra ASA and Entra Eiendom AS was registered

in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises 31 December 2015.

All Entra Eiendom AS' employees, assets, rights and obligations were at

completion of the merger transferred to Entra ASA. Accordingly, Entra ASA has at

the same time become new debtor and borrower for all loans issued by Entra

Eiendom AS. Simultaneously, the restructuring of the Entra group with transfer

of the property portfolio to subsidiaries is completed. In addition to the loans

set out in the announcement of 16 September 2015, this applies to the following
