Entra ASA : Final approval of intra-group merger

Reference is made to announcement on 16 September 2015. The Board of directors

of Entra ASA and Entra Eiendom AS has made its final decision to merge the

companies. The merger is an intra-group merger pursuant to Section 13-24 of the

Public Limited Companies Act.
