Entra Eiendom: The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries prepares for the privatisation of Entra

Reference is made to today's press release from the

Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. Following

the authorisation given to the Ministry of Trade,

Industry and Fisheries to sell all the shares in

Entra Holding AS, the Ministry has decided to

commence a privatisation process. It has been decided

that the privatisation can take place without

properties being separated out from Entra.

contributing to the implementation of this process in

the best possible manner. I am convinced that the

company's strong market position, organisation and

development opportunities will provide the best basis

for a successful privatisation," comments Siri
