Entra ASA: Sale of Grønnegata 122 in Tromsø
Entra has sold Grønnegata 122 to William Eiendom AS. The transaction is based on
a property value of NOK 72 million, which is 47 % above current book values. The
property is 6.600 sqm and is located in the center of Tromsø.
The sale is in accordance with Entra's strategy of growth in the four largest
cities in Norway and to divest non-core assets.
The transaction is structured as sale of shares in the company Grønnegata 122
AS. Closing is expected to take place on 30 April 2015.
