Oslo, 6. oktober 2014. Det vises til børsmelding av i dag, 6. oktober 2014,

vedrørende annonseringen av børsintroduksjonen av aksjene ("Tilbudet") i Entra

ASA ("Entra", "Selskapet", OSE ticker: "ENTRA").

På den første dagen av bookbuildingperioden og bestillingsperioden for Tilbudet

har følgende primærinnsidere bestilt tilbudsaksjer i det offentlige tilbudet:

* Siri Beate Hatlen (styreleder) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp

på NOK 150 000

* Martin Mæland (nestleder i styret) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et totalt

beløp på NOK 300 000

* Ingrid Therese Tjøsvold (styremedlem) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et

totalt beløp på NOK 60 000

* Kjell Bjordal (styremedlem) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på

NOK 1 999 999

Følgende primærinnsidere har videre bestilt tilbudsaksjer i ansattetilbudet:

* Klaus-Anders Nysteen (Chief Executive Officer) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for

et totalt beløp på NOK 600 000

* Arve Regland (Chief Financial Officer) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et

totalt beløp på NOK 600 000

* Hege Njå Bjørkmann (Executive Vice President Communication) har bestilt

tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 150 000

* Hallgeir Østrem (Executive Vice President Legal) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer

for et totalt beløp på NOK 250 000

* Sonja Horn (Executive Vice President Central Oslo) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer

for et totalt beløp på NOK 250 000

* Mona Aarebrot (Executive Vice President Greater Oslo) har bestilt

tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 300 000

* Jorunn Nerheim (Executive Vice President South/West Norway) har bestilt

tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 100 000

* Karl Fredrik Torp (Executive Vice President Mid/North Norway) har bestilt

tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 140 000

* Anders Solaas (Executive Vice President Sales and Markets) har bestilt

tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 30 000

* Kristin Haug Lund (Executive Vice President Development & Technology) har

bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 300 000

* Tone Kristin Omsted (Investor Relation Manager) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer

for et totalt beløp på NOK 150 000

* Kristian Rosander Hafsteen (Head of Group Accounting) har bestilt

tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp på NOK 150 000

* Torstein Hellen Håland (Group Controller) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et

totalt beløp på NOK 50 000

* Eline Gedde-Dahl (CEO Advisor) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et totalt beløp

på NOK 150 000

* Birthe Helén Smedsrud Skeid (styremedlem) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et

totalt beløp på NOK 150 000

* Frode Erland Halvorsen (styremedlem) har bestilt tilbudsaksjer for et totalt

beløp på NOK 15 000

Samtlige bestillere i ansattetilbudet vil få full allokering for sine

bestillinger.

Bestillingene har blitt gjort i henhold til vilkårene og betingelsene for

Tilbudet beskrevet i prospektet datert 3. oktober 2014 ("Prospektet") utarbeidet

i forbindelse med Tilbudet.

Prospektet er, med forbehold om regulatoriske begrensninger i enkelte

jurisdiksjoner, tilgjengelig på www.entra.no, www.abgsc.no, www.danskebank.no,

www.handelsbanken.no/entra og www.swedbank.no. Prospektet kan også fås

vederlagsfritt i papirformat ved å kontakte en av Tilretteleggerne eller på
