New lease contracts in Oslo

Entra has signed a new lease contract for 1,570 sqm in Christian Kroghs gate 10

in Oslo. The new lease contract has a duration of ten years, starting from Q1

Entra has also signed a new lease contract for 950 sqm in Storgata 51 in Oslo

with Plan International Norway. The new lease contract has a duration of ten

years, starting from Q1 2024.

Finally, Entra has extended the lease contract with the Norwegian Labour and

Welfare Administration for 5,700 sqm in Hagegata 23 at Tøyen in Oslo. The

extended lease contract has a duration of two years, starting from Q1 2024.
