New lease contract in Schweigaards gate 15 in Oslo

Entra has signed a new five-year lease contract with Rejlers for approximately 1,700 sqm in Schweigaards gate 15 in Oslo. Schweigaards gate 15 is under redevelopment, the project is now 88 % pre let and will be finalized in Q1 2024.
