New lease contract in Kongens gate 87 in Trondheim, start of redevelopment project

Entra has signed a new lease contract with Microsoft Norway for 1,770 sqm in Kongens gate 87 in Trondheim. The lease contract has a duration of 5 years, starting in Q3 2022.

Kongens gate 87 is 7,100 sqm and will undergo a redevelopment starting in Q1 2022. The redevelopment project is 22 % pre-let.
