Entra ASA : Contemplating NOK Green Bond Issue

Entra ASA, rated Baa1 (Stable) by Moody's, has mandated DNB, Nordea and SEB to

investigate the opportunity to issue green bonds. A NOK-denominated, senior

unsecured, green bond transaction with expected tenor of 6 and/or 7 years may

follow, subject to market conditions.

Entra has updated their Green Bond Framework to include BREEAM In-Use and

maintains the highest possible shading of Dark Green from CICERO. SEB acted as

sole advisor to the company in connection with the update of the Green Bond

Framework.
