Information to bondholders – Merging of Temporary Bonds into (ordinary) Bonds

Nordic Trustee AS acts as bond trustee (the "Bond Trustee") for the holders of bonds in the abovementioned bond issue (the "Bond Issue") issued by Entra ASA (the "Issuer").

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the bond terms for ISIN NO0010852692 dated 22 May 2019 as amended on 28 November 2019.

On 29 November 2019, the Issuer issued Additional Bonds under the Bond Terms. As the Bonds are listed on the Exchange the Additional Bonds were issued as Temporary Bonds under a separate ISIN (NO0010869753).

On 19 December 2019, Nordic Trustee received confirmation that the prospectus in respect of the Temporary Bonds have been approved and the Temporary Bonds will thus be converted into the ISIN for the Bonds issued on the Issue Date (NO0010852692) as follows:

Record Date: 27 December 2019

Settlement Date of Merger: 2 January 2020
