Approval of prospectus

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 19 December 2019, approved a prospectus dated 19 December 2019 (the "Prospectus"). The prospectus has been prepared in connection with the re-opening of ENTRA44 G (ISIN NO0010852692) of NOK 300,000,000 as announced 27 November 2019.
