Entra ASA: Contemplating NOK Green Bond Issue

Entra ASA has mandated DNB, Nordea and SEB to investigate the opportunity to

issue unsecured green bonds in the Norwegian bond market. A green bond

transaction with expected tenor of seven years may follow, subject to market

conditions.

Entra has updated their Green Bond Framework to include BREEAM In-Use and

maintains the highest possible shading of Dark Green from CICERO. SEB acted as

sole advisor to the company in connection with the update of the Green Bond

Framework.
