Entra ASA : New and renewed lease contracts
Spaces has signed a new lease contract for 4,300 sqm in Kristian Augusts gate
13 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 10 years starting from August
Entra has also signed a new lease contract with a public tenant for 3,780 sqm in
Langkaia 1 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 12 years starting from
March 2019.
Amedia has renewed its lease contract for 6,200 sqm in Akersgata 34-35 in Oslo.
The lease contract has a duration of 5 years starting from October 2019.
Finally, Schibsted has extended and renewed its lease contract for a total of
2,930 sqm in Hagegata 22 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 4 years
starting from March 2019.
