Entra ASA: Sale of Skansegaten 2 in Stavanger and St. Olavs gate 4 in Oslo

Entra has sold the property Skansegaten 2 in Stavanger to Tollboden Eiendom

Stavanger AS, a company fully owned by Camar Eiendom AS. The property is 4,379

sqm and the transaction price is NOK 110 million which is close to current book

value in Entra. Closing will take place on 9.1.2015

Entra has also sold the property St. Olavs gate 4 in Oslo to St. Olavs gate 4

AS. The property is 4,100 sqm and the transaction price is NOK 82 million which

is close to current book value in Entra. Closing takes place on 9.12.2014.

The transactions are in accordance with Entra's strategy of growth in the four

largest cities in Norway and to divest non-core assets.
