Entra ASA: CEO Klaus-Anders Nysteen leaving Entra to take up the position as CEO of Lindorff Group

CEO Klaus-Anders Nysteen has informed Entra's board of directors that he will

resign. Nysteen is leaving Entra to take up the position as CEO of Lindorff

Group.

* Nysteen has done a very good job with the preparation and execution of

privatisation and stock exchange listing of Entra, and the board would like

to thank him for his great efforts during his two years as CEO of the

company. The board wishes Klaus-Anders Nysteen all the best with new

challenges, says Siri Hatlen, chairman of the board.

* Entra is well prepared to a continued positive development to the benefit

for customers and owners. The company has a competent and professional

organisation, and a strong market position. I wish Entra all the best as

Norway's leading commercial real estate company, says outgoing CEO Klaus-

Anders Nysteen.

Klaus-Anders resigns with immediate effect and the board of directors has

appointed CFO Arve Regland as acting CEO with effect from Monday February 2nd.

Nysteen will be available for the company until the end of February.

The board of directors will immediately start the search for a new CEO of Entra.
