Please find enclosed notice of annual general meeting in Entra ASA to be held on Friday, 22 April 2022 at 10:00 (CET). This notice with enclosures and other documents that will be treated on the AGM are also available at the company's website www.entra.no. The general meeting will be held physically, at the company's offices in Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14A, 0185 Oslo, with an option for shareholders who want to attend digitally.
