The annual general meeting of Entra ASA was held on 30th April 2020 (the "AGM").

All proposals on the agenda were approved. The minutes from the AGM are attached

to this disclosure.

The AGM further approved the distribution of a semi-annual dividend in the

amount of NOK 2.40 per share for the second half of the financial year 2019. The

dividend will be paid on or about 12th May 2020 to the shareholders of Entra ASA

as of 30th April 2020 (as registered in VPS on 5th May 2020). The shares will

trade exclusive the right to receive dividend from and including 4th May 2020.
