Entra ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please find enclosed Notice of Annual General Meeting in Entra ASA. The AGM will

be held on Friday 20 April 2018 at 10:00 a.m.in the company's offices in Biskop

Gunnerus gate 14A (Floor 9) Oslo, Norway.

The Notice and the registration / proxy form is sent to all shareholders. The

Notice with enclosures and other documents that will be treated on the AGM are

also available at the company's website www.entra.no.

Entra will present the Q1-18 financial results the same day at 08:30 at Biskop

Gunnerus gt 14. The presentation will be finished in time so that it is possible

to attend both the presentation and the AGM.
