Considered, approved and took on record the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations,
Took on record the Limited Review Report for the aforesaid financial results,
Approved re-appointment of the internal auditors,
Considered other business items.

The Board Meeting was held at the Corporate Office of the Company at 14[th] Floor, Trade World, D wing, Kamala Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai 400013 at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 7.25 p.m.
