RESIGNATION OF DR ZHEN HUANG
Enterprise Metals Limited (“Enterprise” or “the Company”, ASX: “ENT”) wishes to advise that Dr Zhen Huang has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.
Dr Huang has concurrently accepted a role as Non-Executive Director of the recently formed Enterprise Uranium Limited, which plans to raise, through an Initial Public Offering, between $5.1million and $6.1 million to explore and drill test 5 highly prospective uranium projects in Western Australia.
Enterprise Metal’s Chairman, Dr Jingbin Wang said: “ on behalf of the Enterprise Board, I would like to thank Dr Huang for his contribution to Enterprise Metals and we are very confident his valuable skills and experience will continue to serve Enterprise Uranium shareholders.”

ABOUT ENTERPRISE METALS LIMITED
The Company has assembled a quality portfolio of gold and base metals, iron ore and uranium projects in Western Australia, and has commenced exploring these projects with targeted drilling programs.
At Doolgunna, the Company is presently undertaking a +10,000m aircore drilling program to test previous gold intersections and multi-element geochemical anomalies. This program is designed to enhance Enterprise’s understanding of both the bedrock geology and the distribution of gold, copper and pathfinder elements in the regolith, with the ultimate aim of delineating VMS style base metal and gold mineralisation in the primary (fresh rock) zone with RC drilling.
On 15[th] October 2012, the Company’s Shareholders approved the demerger of its uranium assets into Enterprise Uranium Limited, which intends to list on the ASX in early December 2012.
