SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO PLACING OF NEW SHARES UNDER GENERAL MANDATE

Reference is made to the announcement of Enterprise Development Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 15 May 2026 relating to the Placing (the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board announces that on 19 May 2026, the Company and the Placing Agent entered into a supplemental agreement to the Placing Agreement, pursuant to which the parties have agreed to change the Long Stop Date from 12 June 2026 to 5 June 2026 (or such later date as may be agreed between the parties).

Save for the above, other terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement shall remain unchanged and the Placing Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
