The Company received notification on 30 September 2021 that David Steel, CFO, acquired 63,254 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.8p per Ordinary Share on 29 September 2021.  Following this acquisition, Mr Steel has an interest in 2,107,686 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
