Mr Law's resultant shareholding should have read 599,326 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. All other details remain unchanged. The Company received notification on 12 November 2020 that Andrew Law, Commercial Director acquired 446,307 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.35p per Ordinary Share on 12 November 2020.  Following this acquisition, Mr Law has an interest in 599,326 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
