The Company received notification on 12 November 2020 that David Steel, Finance Director, acquired 93,854 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.3p per Ordinary Share on 12 November 2020.  Following this acquisition, Mr Steel has an interest in 1,620,595 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
