The Company received notification on 11 July 2014 that Raymond Garcia, Chief Operating Officer, acquired on 11 July 2014 76,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34p per Ordinary Share.  Following this acquisition, Mr Garcia has an interest in 585,196 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.99 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
