Director Shareholding

The Company received notification on 17 September 2013 that Robin Pinchbeck, Non-Executive Director, acquired on 17 September 2013 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58.4p per Ordinary Share.  Following this acquisition, Mr Pinchbeck has an interest in 337,204 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.57 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
