Change of Name

Following shareholder approval of the appropriate special resolution at the AGM held on 23 September 2021, Enteq Upstream plc has changed its name to Enteq Technologies plc. 

The Board considers that the new name better reflects the Company's drive to develop existing and emerging technologies with the view to provide such technologies to energy customers, including those in the clean energy sector.
