Enteq, the energy technology company, announces that following the conclusion of a tender process, overseen by the Company's audit committee, it has appointed BDO LLP as auditor to the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021, in place of Grant Thornton UK LLP ("GT").  GT has confirmed that there are no reasons or matters which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
