ENTECH launches an 8 MW storage project with Neoen1
- Record contract for ENTECH, confirming the premiumization of its business
- First strategic contract with an independent French company that is one of the world's $\bullet$ leading independent producers of renewable energy
Quimper, 8 December 2021 - Entech (FR0014004362 - ALESE), the technology company specialised in smart renewable energy storage and management, is announcing that it has signed up and launched work on an 8 MW electricity storage project with the independent producer Neoen.
This contract covers the development of a battery energy storage system as part of a larger-scale project led by RTE to develop new capacity that is more green, flexible and useful with a view to securing supplies, with Neoen chosen as one of the 12 winning bids. Entech is also one of the winning candidates on a direct basis
Entech was able to provide a complete, reliable and rapid response to the call for tenders issued by Neoen, thanks in particular to its battery sourcing capabilities.
Alongside the construction agreement, Entech will operate this facility for up to 15 years.
