Quimper, 29 September 2022- Entech (FR0014004362- ALESE), the technology company specialised in smart renewable energy storage and management, passed the milestone of 100 staff this summer, with its teams up to 110 people at end-September.
The achievement of this milestone of 100 staff reflects an increase in the workforce by more than 30% in one year. Recruitments, with three new hires every month, have covered all of Entectic functions: sales, R&D, operations and engineering. The new employees have a range of experience, from senior professionals to young graduates and apprentices. Women represent 20% of the workforce, a still modest level, but higher than the national average of 16% women in technology firms'.
"The success of our recruitment plan is one of our main development challenges. We are particularly proud to have passed this symbolic milestone of 100 staff, illustrating Entech's new dimension. In addition to its attractive environmental and societal mission, Entech is a company where people like to work. This was recognised in June by L'Usine Nouvelle with its Trophée des Usines 2022 "human resources initiative award". I would like to thank all of our staff for their contribution to this positive workplace environment each day", confirms Christopher Franquet, Entech's Chairman and CEO.

Dedicated project management, research and sales teams will be deployed there in the medium term. Now present in two regions, Brittany and Rhône-Alpes, which have recognised attractive features, Entech has all the assets in place to continue building on its strong recruitment drive.
