Senior Independent Director and Board Committee Changes

Further to its announcement on 11 February 2025, Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces the appointment of David Satz as the Senior Independent Director with immediate effect. 

David has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 22 October 2020. He is the Chair of the Sustainability & Compliance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Interim Chair, Pierre Bouchut is appointed Chair of both the Capital Allocation and People & Governance committees.  Pierre has also stepped down from the Audit Committee.

Helen Ashton is appointed as a member of the Capital Allocation Committee.

As Interim Chief Executive Officer, Stella David has stepped down from the Capital Allocation, People & Governance and Sustainability & Compliance committees.
