New Board Committee

Entain plc, the global sports betting and gaming group, announces the formation of its Capital Allocation Committee to provide additional oversight over its portfolio of assets, capital allocation and capital structure.

Barry Gibson will chair the new Committee with Pierre Bouchut and Ricky Sandler being appointed as members.
